Where do we go from here?

It’s up to us to use the talents given to us and make the best of them. Nothing is certain in life and we will make bad choices. It is a part of life.

There is a vast amount of uncertainty in this life of ours. What direction we choose to take will impact not only our lives but the lives of those whom we love and depend on as well. It is our duty to make the best choices we can make with the knowledge we have. Opportunities often present themselves when we least expect it. We may not even realize they are set before us. We should be ever vigilant and strive to do our best in all that we do and to be kind and serve one another. I personally find that its the servant’s heart that gives me the most satisfaction when I do for others, instead of seeing how a situation would benefit me.

It is much better to serve your fellow man or woman than it is to be in need of service yourself. We should all seek such a direction in our lives.

As was said, “When I was a child, I played with childish things. When I was no longer a child, I put those things away.” Do we play games too much for our own self-enjoyment and to occupy our minds instead of doing the work we should be doing, and being preoccupied with our lives and the lives of others, as we should be?
